About the Company:

The Role
We’re seeking an HSE Specialist to oversee health, safety, and infrastructure compliance at the company’s Paris facility. You’ll manage lab and workshop safety, lead certification processes, and support future site development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety compliance across labs, workshops, and pilot areas.
- Organize training, inspections, and certification processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and write SOPs.
- Manage vendors and contractors for infrastructure projects.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in HSE roles in chemical/industrial settings.
- Background in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Knowledge of French safety regulations (ATEX, electrical safety).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
