The Role
We’re hiring a Pilot Operations Manager to lead the execution and management of pilot programs. You’ll oversee pilot sites, manage technical teams, and support the transition from R&D to industrial-scale deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operations at pilot facilities in Paris and future locations.
- Ensure equipment, safety compliance, and smooth pilot execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on experimental plans and data analysis.
- Recruit and manage technicians and external contractors.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop SOPs.
- Maintain resource availability and budget compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in pilot or industrial operations (chemical/related field).
- Background in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Strong knowledge of French safety regulations (ATEX preferred).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.
