Your Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and oversee the construction and commissioning of microgrids and battery storage systems, including medium- and high-voltage (MV/HV) substations.
- Manage project quality, timelines, and costs, ensuring successful execution.
- Plan and execute international energy infrastructure projects, with a focus on battery storage solutions.
- Handle project planning, monitoring, internal/external reporting, as well as risk and change management.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, representing the project in all key discussions.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, offers, and cost calculations.
- Oversee and approve construction scheduling, site planning, and control cabinet planning.
- Participate in customer negotiations and provide operational support to the sales team.
- Act as the technical lead for commissioning, coordinating with the service department to ensure seamless project completion.
Your Profile – What You Bring:
- A degree in Energy Technology, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing international customer projects.
- Strong knowledge of battery storage systems, gas gensets, or similar special-purpose machinery and plant engineering.
- Ideally, certification in project management (IPMA or equivalent).
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (MS Office, SAP, MS Project, ePlan).
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Chinese being a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience, and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel internationally, with a focus on the EU.
