- Job #
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with a strong technical background in electrical infrastructure to support the design, development, and optimization of complex energy systems. In this role, you will lead the definition and implementation of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, contributing to scalable and future-ready solutions in large infrastructure or energy projects.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the next generation of energy infrastructure and contribute to the broader transition toward sustainable and reliable power systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and specify medium and low-voltage electrical systems for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee both primary (e.g., switchgear, transformers) and secondary (e.g., protection, control) systems.
- Drive standardization and modular design approaches to enhance scalability and deployment efficiency.
- Manage technical relationships with external vendors and validate engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and project execution groups to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Act as a technical representative in discussions with regulatory authorities, utilities, engineering consultants, and service providers.
- Contribute to maintenance strategies and system optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including specifications and manuals.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical infrastructure design, especially in medium-voltage systems or grid integration projects.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards, ideally including those applicable in the European context.
- Strong understanding of grid connection requirements and technical specifications from utilities or grid operators.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus), with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on quality and long-term performance.
What You’ll Gain:
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits for you and your family.
- Access to company-sponsored wellness and fitness programs.
- Retirement and insurance packages tailored for long-term security.
- Mobility support, such as public transport subsidies or bike leasing programs.
- Exclusive discounts and perks through employee benefit platforms.
