We're partnered with an industy leading hydrogen hardware company. After a signficant fund raise and exceptional demonstration results, the business are looking to identify a VP of Industrialization to bring their technology through to TRL9.
Roles and Responsbilities
- Develop a long-term manufacturing roadmap to guide our commercial deployment.
- Define design constraints for the R&D and engineering team based on system requirements.
- Identify, engage, and establish new contracts with potential manufacturing partners
- Establish and enforce safety protocols and standards in all industrial processes and facilities.
- Define and set up production lines.
- Lead manufacturing planning and maintain relationships with key, global suppliers.
- Establish new processes for quality control, testing, and traceability.
- Lead and build the manufacturing team as the business grows.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive industrialization roadmap to scale up production capabilities.
