VP of Manufacturing
This is a business-critical, senior leadership position, reporting to the Chief Engineering Officer, to define and execute the company’s manufacturing roadmap, to deploy on a global scale as the company evolves to commercial industrialisation
Role responsibilities:
Work with product development teams to ensure the product is high-volume manufacturable with high quality.
Internal pilot manufacturing
Work with manufacturing development partners to create and develop assembly line concepts, including tooling concept, design, construction, and commissioning.
Create factory concept and layout.
Develop an operations team to support production from end-to-end, including
Work with commercial, product and development teams to select and bring up contract manufacturing (CM) factories.

Profile:
- A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- A track-record of defining and implementing strategy for product
